These Terms are issued by WI Car Export, operated by East West Global Technology LLC.

Agreement

By using wicarexport.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Vehicle Listings

All vehicles listed are sold "as inspected, where is." Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to ensure photos and descriptions are accurate; minor variations may occur. Auction grade and inspection sheets are provided in good faith.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted FOB Japan in Japanese Yen (or other currency as displayed) and exclude freight, marine insurance, and destination-country duties unless otherwise stated. Any required deposit and balance schedule will be stated on the vehicle-specific proforma invoice. The currently accepted payment method is T/T bank transfer with manual confirmation; funds must clear before the vehicle is loaded.

Shipping & Risk

Risk transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel in Japan. We strongly recommend marine insurance — we can arrange this on your behalf at cost. Shipping schedules and transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are refundable minus any third-party fees already incurred (auction commission, JEVIC inspection, port charges) up to 7 days after payment. After the vehicle is loaded, cancellations are not possible.

Destination-Country Compliance

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm import eligibility, age limits, emission standards and inspection requirements in their destination country before purchase. We provide guidance but do not assume responsibility for changes in destination-country regulations.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the FOB purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, lost profits, or delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be resolved under the laws applicable to the seller's place of registration.
